Western States Construction was incorporated in 1991 by Randy Halsne, as a roofer-owned and operated general contracting business. Randy the "roofer" is still working out in the field with his son Brian, right next to him. Our small, but growing company has always maintained the highest quality materials and professional workmanship, exceeding industry standards.
